Herr Bauermann came to me with great promises. The aim was to isolate a former balcony that was converted into living space. The following happened with this "small order": - Wrong insulation material used despite precise agreement. Diffusion-tight insulation on a Ytong wall - The insulation material was glued crooked and crooked - Some of the joints in the insulation were not filled with foam at all or only on the surface. Even after a complaint and rework, there were still joints with large holes - A window sill made of sheet zinc was inclined towards the window !!!! mounted there. When there was a complaint, I received a Whatsapp voice message: "You have no idea!" This was then expanded and re-installed. - A new rain pipe has been installed - The pipes were not soldered to each other but "secured" with wood screws. Technically, at best, DIY level - A hanging socket was installed as a replacement for a soldered pipe. The pipe before was at an angle ... The hanging socket was straight ... The hole was covered ... The gutter overflows ... This was also fastened with wood screws instead of soldered - When the old pipe was dismantled, both the supply line to my outside sensor for the heating system and the outside sensor itself were flexed and had to be replaced by me at my expense. Unfortunately his bill, which came on the day of "completion", was paid immediately because of his jostling. When addressing all these deficiencies on the phone, the sentence came up: If you want something from me ... sue me! All in all, a single catastrophe that cost me a lot of nerves, time and money. Organizationally and professionally just embarrassing and it would be best to look for another job in which not much damage can be done.
