In August 2019 I bought a couch in this store. It was supposed to arrive in October, in a week day at morning. I asked to do home office that day, stayed at home waiting for it and no one came. My husband called to ask for more information and the couriers hung up the phone. We paid for the delivery and in the end, they came after 18h (even angry and stressed). I am totally unsatisfied with how the store treat their customers. We just needed further information since it was reported via sms and email in that same day of delivery it would arrive that morning. I don´t recommend this place.
