Recently went shopping for a recliner and ended up picking up one from this place, my review is based on the after sales and in showroom experience
They definitely have good stuff for the pricing they offer. My in store experience was absolutely below average and the reason not poor is because there was just one lady who knew the products and could help me the others were chatting away not bothered one bit..
Decided to pick up the chair myself as it was not available immediately, a 30 minute drive to the warehouse...
Staff at the warehouse extremely helpful and friendly and very courteous. The exact opposite of the store. I load the recliner and head on home excited to assemble the bad boy...
I get home assemble it and then realize the hydraulic system is spoil t so i cant rest my back. I was super annoyed and irritated anyways call up the helpline and they say send an email, I was surprised like what nonsense..
I sent the email no response, twitter no response, Facebook got a reply saying will look into it..
Well 5 emails later no news yet.
If after sales support is not important for you then shop here and keep your fingers crossed that the stuff you bought works !!!
I should have read the bad reviews before going to this store. My husband found a table for the kitchen after waiting forever to order it he got the order and he had to pick it up 30 kms away from the store. It was late he was tired he did not picked it up that day, he had to pick up more urgent furniture from another store. Then we decided we didn´t wanted it anymore, but he didn't have time to go to the store to ask for a refund. This week they call him and tell him that if he doesn't pick it up he will have to pay a fine for not picking it up. He never picked up the table, and after waiting for one hour and half he got a Gutschein for only part of it, they kept 25 euros for "damages"... he never picked up the table, how could he had damaged it? So I am writing this review just to let people know, what can happen. When we were in Munich, we never had problems, they never send us so far away to pick up the furniture. So I might go to a Momax again, but not this store.

Great place to shop and friendly staff !
Horrible experience, worst in Germany! I bought a lamp and when I came home, I found out it was broken. I went back to return the lamp, and after waiting for 30 minutes for the staff to check the defect, I was offered a gutscheine (coupon) and not the money back! I was told that it was not possible to have the money back, even if it was their mistake that the product was broken!
Later, I learn that this coupon is not even valid for online purchase, and the new product that I want to buy is only available online! I spoke with a representative on the hotline number, and he was extremely rude! Starts giving me anecdotes saying all companies work like this, and I know for a fact that you can get a cash refund in Ikea and most other competitors of Mömax!
I normally never buy stuff from Mömax, because their products look of poor quality, but I chose to give it a chance and have regretted it. I will warn people against buying from Mömax, unless you like being cheated and insulted!
