I bought a bedside table as a gift in October 2020. Very nice and expensive piece. Unfortunately one of the rails was defective (costs 3 euros on Ebay). Even after several attempts at XXL Lutz, no one could be reached by phone. I then used the complaint form on the website. No answer to date (it is now January 2021). Since I have already bought some furniture in my life and have received such spare parts in this price range without discussion, I think the behavior of XXL Lutz in Nuremberg is worth a review. I would have liked to clarify this over the phone, but nobody can be reached ...
