I am only giving a review via the on-site service because the mattress has not yet been delivered. Therefore, I cannot rate the quality of the delivery and the product yet. Nonetheless, it is important for me to write that I was not treated well. The counselor could give some general information that you can actually read / find on site, but not in a friendly manner. While previous customers when buying a mattress should only pay the invoice after delivery (I waited on site and heard it), I was forced to pay the total amount directly in the store (I did that). In addition, I was not able to pay in monthly installments, on the grounds that this option is no longer available for new customers. When I then paid the total amount with the IC card at the cash register, the advisor tried to briefly check whether my card was correct without my noticing it. Unfortunately I noticed and found it uncomfortable. Then stood a few meters away, a tall, slim woman who looked like the boss and seems uncomfortable to me. Finally, I contacted customer service to find out exactly whether the situation was normal. My intention was not to comment on this when customer service sends me a clear and understandable answer. The answer came quickly but was not at all satisfactory. It was mentioned that the cause was a computer problem because of the monthly payments ... I hope the products are so good that I will slowly forget this bad experience.

Was in the store in Nuremberg and bought bedding and 1 week later bed linen. Bedding was sent to me within 3 days because not everything was there. The products smell very natural and pleasant. No chemistry. We sleep great in it. The sellers were nice too. Come back.
