We have had a TV armchair from the Neubauer company for about 1 year. We were served by something nice and friendly. Nothing squeaks, the armchair is used every day. We are 100% satisfied. A wonderful piece of quality of life! The advice excellent. Deliveries were made on the same day (it was more of a coincidence that a delivery in this direction was decent on that day. The employees thought anyway!) We can recommend this company and its products without reservation.

I'm writing the customer recession for my parents here. About 7 years ago my father bought a Wellco armchair "Fitformsessel 570 M 3" from Neubauer KG worth a small car. He was guaranteed a 10 year guarantee. Unfortunately, the 7 years were a horror. The first armchair was always broken (constant squeaking and tilting of the armchair) - until it was finally replaced. With the second armchair the same play from the front (constant squeaking and leaning / motor exchange and control element broken) - until the backrest broke off. Suddenly he no longer had a 10 year guarantee - just 6 years. My parents have not even received orders from any customer fitter - so there is no proof of all the repairs. For this money, the product is a total letdown and we had expected more here. We could not even reasonably speak to the Neubauer company on the phone - we were shouted at on the phone and it just hung up. We didn't even get through customer service in Holland - emails remained unanswered. My parents can NOT recommend the armchair or the furniture store.

Very good advice and very good service. Had a problem with a chair, I was helped quickly and easily. After 3 days everything was regulated to my satisfaction. Top.
