This assessment applies to the mediation. I have never had such a short, choppy and hectic conversation as with the gentleman at the agency today (today 02/13/2020 2:40 p.m.)! I was simply forwarded without explanation! Before I could say "goodbye" I hung up. Really embarrassing to have such a person sitting in the mediation. You would surely find someone more competent.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Never had problems, fast and uncomplicated. The city has grown since then but I do not believe the number of employees, and then work at the construction site for years? And well paid? 41 hours a week ... That's not attractive. Hats off, they have humor when you see the billboards 😅
