I can actually not understand the negative reviews. Maybe there was a change of employees? I was always given super nice and patient advice on the phone. With the reviews here you get scared to call. Totally unfounded!

Catastrophe!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Taxes changed twice and happened twice more pale !! December - € 400 from the wages, October 2020 - € 2,300 !!!!!! That can not be! Employee office n. 9 (for the second time) very, very arrogant, didn't hear what to say, that he was just very annoyed with me! So folks, I don't see any "stress" just not in the mood for work. Disaster simple

After I drove through these Google reviews at first with a queasy feeling to tax office outskirts, I was very surprised after a few moments. I went in and stated at the registration that I had to go to a certain lady. After a short call, I was able to go straight to the office and was also received directly and could finally describe my request. A really nice conversation with the lovely young lady, which was about 10 minutes and already my concern was resolved. Other questions were answered very nice and so I have no choice but to award the full number of stars.

Very long processing times with regard to the income tax return. It was much faster! Interest-free loan for the FRG. My pleasure...
