Car fixed online at 9 at the city station paying more than the rate with collection at the offices, picked up at almost 10 and taken to the offices miles from there; fixed Audi, give me VW polo; set conditions online, they require 22 euros and change more for an association that had to be understood; held all until about half past ten, and I had made reservations for nine.
