Rarely had such a bad experience! Despite a delay of only 30 minutes when the car was returned, another full day was charged. Other car rental companies are much more accommodating - I will avoid Sixt in the future.

Easy and hassle-free collection and return of Sixt rental cars at the counter in the DB travel center. Since everything is arranged in advance at Sixt, you just get the key and then the car from the parking garage of the town hall. Returns are just as easy, i.e. parking, going to the station and returning keys to the service center. However, a star deduction is only available until 7 p.m. due to the inflexible and short opening times - a key box like in other locations would be nice to make the return more flexible and not have to pay a one-way rental if you have the car at 10 drop off at another Sixt location in Bielefeld, or throw the key into the box there. Otherwise everything is ok.
