We order a car on the 6th of March for the next day, not sure or we could pick-up our new camper-van. But we could and we cancelled the reservation with a simple email only a few hours before pick-up time. So the cancellation policy worked very well.

Not very customer friendly. Have 6x customer signs asking the customers to smile if you expect a smile back but not a single sales guy there is actually smiling at you. Rent unsafe cars, Scoda with weak breaks. Opel Astra with very loose steering wheal. Fiat Punkto with defect air ventilation. Buchbinder in Kempten was much nicer than the Bielefeld team.

Very unprofessional and dubious. I had to chase after the 1000 € deposit for two weeks because they forgot to write down my bank details. Instead of telling me this on my own initiative, they waited for calls to come. Two emails with my bank details were ignored and only after another call did it finally work.

good cars and fair prices. I am happy!

+ friendly staff - Booked on the homepage and just picked up the car. The first car offered was dirty on the outside and inside and was only half full. The second car was almost certainly not cleaned after the last customer handover. The "increased measures for vehicle cleaning, with the systematic use of disinfectants" according to the Buchbinder homepage has definitely not been implemented. So if you are currently professionally dependent on a disinfected or at least cleaned rental car, I would not recommend booking here. Rather spend a few euros more and compete ...
