Unfortunately I can't report anything good. After the inspection I was there twice because something broke or wobbled over and over again. You could have found it all together and not one after the other within 2 weeks. Super friendly but very chaotic shop and I lost a lot of effort and money.
Half a year later I was at another workshop for the TÜV and previously exchanged parts had to be exchanged again. What was that quality ?!
So if I have problems with one of my vehicles then there is actually only one address and that is Klöckner. Price performance always fits me. Just been there with my company vehicle. Fast and competent as I know it and wish it for me. Stay healthy and carry on like this. Full of stars from me.
After my car didn't want to start one morning, although it went perfectly the evening before, my day was over .... at least I thought !! Thanks to Autohilfe-Bielefeld, I finally found a workshop. The problem with my vehicle was explained to me objectively and calmly. It was really only a small thing and a short time later I was happy to continue driving as usual. HUGE THANKS to Klöckner Automobile and the team !!! I recommend you with the best of conscience.
My car was in another workshop for almost 2 months because you could not find out what the car was there and, even more outrageously, wanted a sum from me that was absolutely not fair.I ended up at Klöckner following the recommendation of several friends. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Fast service and competent staff. Also great in terms of price. I have found the workshop I trust.
