Was in the yard yesterday and was massively tackled. Per "you", loud, angry, screaming, the swear word with "SCH" was used several times. Absolutely chubby. Doesn't work at all. A reasonable conversation was not possible. Will never visit the recycler again.

Scrap has been accumulating during house renovation for several years. I never felt like I was treated unfairly. Therefore, I cannot understand the few negative statements. I don't know the operators themselves and that's not a favoritism rating as one reviewer wrote. The staff is friendly and this week there is still an old terrace covering made of aluminum. For me it is rubbish for which I still get some money. So everything is fine.

Since I accumulate quite a bit over the year, I am a regular customer of Knüppel. Even if you need n containers, it can be done quickly. The staff is always friendly and courteous and the lullaby in the hall is completely okay. Of all the scrap dealers in Bielefeld, this is the one I visit most often because you don't have to count your fingers here after the handshake. If you read something about fraud here and there, as a long-standing customer you just have to shake your head in amazement, nobody has tried to cheat me here and I would have noticed that Schmu would have been weighed here because I was the weight of mine I know cars and always have a good overview of the amount of scrap. With this in mind, please carry on as before, I will continue to move forward and I will be happy to hand over anything.
