I first contacted my insurance company and then just drove straight to Carglass to have the damage to the windshield examined. Carglass as my insurance partner's workshop already had my claim number and then gave me an appointment. The damage was professionally repaired by replacing the windshield, everything was ready on time within a few hours and to my complete satisfaction. The branch was also very accommodating when it came to rental cars. The service was perfect: the inside of the car was vacuumed, a new environmental badge was affixed and the main contact surfaces were now disinfected in corona times. I was served very friendly and overall very satisfied.

It is not possible to cancel an appointment online, only by phone. To do this, you first have to torment yourself through a service queue (duration 10 minutes). Incomprehensible to me because everything can be done online according to schedule! Unprofessional customer service! In the case of a short-term cancellation, I can understand that, but this is not the case. But at least Carglass assured us on the phone that this should be fixed
