At 5:52 p.m. I wasn't allowed into the store. The cashier said we are already closed. OK no problem. DM was open

Neat, well-stocked shop. Always many cash registers open, hardly any waiting time! Also a compliment to the young, male employee. Very competent, friendly and brisk!

Everybody on the day I was there: 1. very unfriendly staff 2. 11 pictures paid for free (6 pictures are still in the Rossmann which unfortunately I was not allowed to take before closing time and 5 pictures were damaged because the staff has served the printer wrong.)

A typical Rossmann store: well sorted, clean and tidy, diverse range and own brand.
