Parenteral nutrition at home. 2 received invoices for the statutory additional payment, both invoices are incorrect. When asked, very unfriendly, "the system would have done the calculation and that would be the case for all patients". Bad if it is the case with all patients, that's probably called rip-off. Failure to receive credit for incorrect invoice even after 4 weeks.

Meanwhile very nice and competent employees. As a "permanent guest" I received a customer card and get a 3% discount on everything that I buy there without a prescription. I get very good advice there and if a drug is not in stock, it is ordered and brought to my home 🙂

Super pharmacy. A pharmacy that supplies nursing homes and has its own homecare team. Perfect.

Unjustifiably collected 5 euros for an exempt medication and, on request, is based on a software error, perhaps not the only one in the pharmacy system
