It was a Friday afternoon. On the phone with Wizo: "Can you remove the cylinder and bring it to us? That is cheaper." Bam. Already sympathetic. But time was short and I was (almost) tied to the house. The professional rushed over. He expanded, sprayed, and pounded, but the thing was stuck. Annoying. He has to take it with him and expand it in the company. First left a (free) loan cylinder. Made no fuss, fuss or even fuss, but revealed the approximate price of the work involved.
