I've been sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours, for a simple extension of a normal AU, since my doctor has closed. I would be asked to come and listen again to be on the safe side. So also had an appointment. Countless people who came after me were already there before me. And again. The girl at the reception is on the phone cheerfully without restricting herself to the essentials, while three other people are waiting to register. What is this. 🙄 I cannot recommend it. Ridiculous. I can't say anything about the treatment. By the way, you cannot park either. So pay for the overpriced hospital parking garage for being left here, literally ordered and not picked up. The doctor and her assistant, on the other hand, were very friendly and competent. Also tried very hard to get a good treatment.

So far I have had good experience with the practice, especially with Dr. Bärbel Wolf. Unfortunately, this was not present at my appointment / test. Well, I wanted to do a corona test before Christmas. Shortly after my call, I received an appointment for 1 hour later. (Monday, December 21, 2020) At the appointment, the doctor (whose name I unfortunately don't know) and one of the medical assistants were extremely rude and rude. Ok, all right, I can look the other way. Everyone has a bad day, etc. But what happened after that is just outrageous !! Although it was already known and communicated that the evaluation would take at least 48 hours. I was not informed that it will be closed from Wednesday noon and will only be open again from Monday (28.12.2020). This means that the practice can only report a result 7 days later. Not communicating this openly with the patient is out of order, especially as the holidays are approaching. With an honest statement, I would have tried to make an appointment at the airport, who would send the results by email. Or with other doctors who guarantee to contact me as soon as possible. Ultimately, I called the only open practice (of 5) on Wednesday (after I found out that the practice at the Kontumazgarten had closed) and found out that if I had a positive test result, the health department would contact me. Great, now I'm just as smart as I was before. I wanted to make sure I got a timely test before the Christmas days. Thank you, dear Dr Rennard and colleagues! Again, just seen the money that can be earned with a quick test. The real sense, I can now visit my parents / grandparents at least for Christmas, or not completely wrong. The main thing is that the ruble rolls! What a shame.

These so-called doctors reject existing patients because they believe that people with mental or psychological impairments do not need to be heard or examined. They place a regulation higher than a person's health. There who is clearly violating the medical treatment obligation.
