But otherwise not recommended as the parking garage closes at 8:30 p.m. If you want to go out afterwards, there are high fees! For larger cars, the entrances to the top can be very narrow. The machine is also difficult to find. There are several entrances, but only one machine on one side.

I had dinner with my mother from Kassel nearby on a Sunday. She didn't find a parking space, but she passed this parking garage. The green "free" was visible on the display, it was open, pulled the ticket and retracted. When she came back, it wasn't late in the evening, she had to learn that the parking garage was supposed to be closed and she couldn't get out. In addition to the regular fee, she had to let the 50 € out and! also pay an additional payment because of waiting for the Lord of Service. An incredible cheek. If the thing is closed on the way, it must not be shown as "free" and the entry must be possible. I should have earned minus stars.

The worst parking garage in my driver's life. Narrow entrances and exits and misleading directional arrows and floor displays. For hundreds of parking spaces, only one pay machine, hidden in one of several entrances. The machine was broken, so that many customers could not leave the parking garage. No staff on site. After several customers had dialed a number given in the parking garage, an apparently overwhelmed, extremely unfriendly employee finally appeared (waiting time approx. 15 minutes), who at least distributed free exit tickets (one star for that).
