2 euros per hour for an uncovered parking space? Across the street is q-park for the same money. I also wanted to pay by card. It does not work! Where can you find something like that? So I had to walk to the next bank to withdraw money. Back at the pay machine, the next hour had of course started and it cost another 2 euros. So I'm not parking here again!
