An absolute scam!! The parking garage closes at 20:30 on a Saturday night?!?! The opening times are written in small print at the very bottom of the price list, if you have a large vehicle it is NOT possible to see them upon entering. The car was then locked away until Monday morning, costing us 30€ (for 37 hours, should actually only be maximum 20€ by my calculation). Obviously this is a reoccurring problem looking at the other reviews here, maybe the owners could wisen up and make the opening times more visible, but then again, they would probably lose revenue not having peoples' cars locked away for the weekend. Not to mention, we had our groceries, house key, mobile phone and baby seat in the car, but no chance of getting to any of it. REPLY: should we be expected to log onto your website before entering the parking garage?! A much simpler solution would be to place larger signage with the opening times in more visible spots. Looking through the reviews, this is occurring fairly regularly and yet you don‘t seem to care in the slightest.

Unfortunately you have to give a *. - 5 would have been correct! ATTENTION: only open until 8:30 p.m.! We were there on a Saturday evening and could not get our car out at 9:30 p.m., although this is possible according to the general terms and conditions. It has been criticized several times that the opening times are not clearly visible. Obviously ContiPark is not interested in it! nothing has changed. And in their answer to the review, they refer to their homepage, where their opening times are. Hello?!? When I drive into a parking garage, I don't go to the operator's website beforehand!?! Are you crazy? Avoid and park on the side of the road. The city can use the money better than this dubious company.

The prices are outrageous. This parking garage no longer belongs to Saturn but to the church community, so I heard the high prices.

The opening times should be clearly signposted. Instead, these are in lower case on a blackboard at the entrance. It is not the norm that a parking garage will completely shut off at 8:30 p.m. After that, it is apparently no longer possible to get your car, even if you are a day tourist We barely escaped a major misfortune.

You should avoid this parking lot! Seriously! These opening times in 2020?!?! Of course you won't find them on site at all. Then I go to the reviews here and what do you see as the owner's excuse? Should you inquire beforehand on the website? It is clear, before I drive into a parking garage, stand calmly in front of the barrier and first visit the side of the parking garage, on which planet is the usual approach? Then it's better to park on the side of the road or in the numerous other parking garages, that is simply incredible!
