As is so often the case, it's a shame that I can't give 0 stars. Seldom experienced so little empathy in such a job. Big Corona cinema, acceptance for other opinions equal to zero, therefore outrageously arrogant and arrogant according to the motto "I am the law and don't need you". And all because I (allegedly) did not put my mask on correctly to receive me at the door. The second sentence was "if you don't like it, look for another practice". A perfect teaching example of how not to deal with patients. After I had explained to take it as it is, a few minutes later I was asked again to choose another practice. Including the very professional statement "I don't feel like doing something like that" - although everything was already clear - paired with an associated roll of the eyes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, especially if you don't want to be treated with a mask for 40 minutes ...
Great Physiotherapist! Ms. Mathiak is very competent and always friendly and professional. The instructions for self-exercise are easy to understand and easy to follow. Just great!
By far the best physiotherapy treatment for my knee that I have ever had.
Ms. Mathiak is technically competent and absolutely friendly in dealing with her patients.
In addition, she is extremely correct in dealing with the Corona requirements and I felt comfortable and protected by mutual masks at every minute of my treatment.
Sensitive, very experienced with athletes and always with the right tips for training. Treatment always effective and professional. I would like to come back 😊
