At "Impulse" you feel well looked after and looked after. Short-term appointments were also made possible. It was particularly positive that the treatments tended to be a few minutes longer instead of being shortened. The team is super nice and everyone is helpful. Definitely recommendable!
I went to the practice because of an irritation of the Achilles tendon that had existed for a long time. After the appointments from the prescription have been completed, the Achilles tendon feels much better. I am definitely very happy with how it went and I will come again. Particularly positive was:
- At the beginning time is taken to grasp the problem and to present solutions such as exercises for at home and of course the treatment on site
- digital processing (appointments, etc.) via email
- relaxed and positive atmosphere of the therapists
I felt well advised and looked after here all round. At the beginning, time was taken to take the anamnesis and I was given a lot of practical tips to take home with me. Without exception ALL employees are friendly and very competent.
Parking spaces are right there and, more importantly, I always got one.
For me it is clear that I will always come back here if necessary!
Super great team always friendly. I was amazed at the admission interview which I haven't had in detail before.
The therapists do an excellent job, I already had the feeling that I felt an improvement after the second application.
I can recommend the practice without hesitation.
