Great roofer. Also reports back to discuss matters. And even smaller jobs (a couple of skylights) are installed in between even though the order books are full for a long time. And all at a great price. Very good.

Our roof had to be re-roofed after almost 60 years. After several seals, which were always carried out quickly and well when needed, the Schulz company made a precise offer for a new roof with high-quality roof tiles. After prior consultation and site inspection with exact measurements, there was then a discussion about the exact planning of the work. The time window was met exactly and carried out with the necessary manpower. The boss was also on site himself, so an arrangement was possible while he was taking measures, and questions and suggestions were immediately answered. Usual difficulties with the old building were recognized and there was always a good response. Our expectations were fully met. Thanks to the master company Dirk Schulz, we have a nice new roof and are very satisfied!

It's such a thing with the German craft ... At the moment, the craftsmen just do not need it, but those who sit on such a high horse, like the Schulz company, break all their bones when they fall. First date for yesterday, agreed over a week ago ... After 45 minutes delay, I called the company and asked what it looks like. Due to a "personal incident" the appointment could not be noticed. Can anything happen and I have full understanding of that. Stupid only that despite this "incident" the agreed date was inadvertently registered by Mr. Schulz only for a week later .... But also something should happen, after all, we are all just human. Mr Schulz then proposed an appointment for TODAY. I was fine, I agreed. New day New luck. 35 minutes after the agreed date, there was still no one there. Also a call about a delay or even a refusal remained. I then tried to reach Mr Schulz via cell phone. Nobody answered. No one has come (again). I feel (just said out) fooled. It's unbelievable how today's potential customers are handled. At any rate, the Schulz company is history for me and no longer needs to make an effort to be a customer. I will not keep the company Schulz in positive memory. But right now - that's probably no matter which ... But as I said, haughtiness comes before the fall ...

Spoken to the answering machine in the morning for 3 days in a row and asked for a call back .... NO response received.

I'm writing here because the good things also have to be mentioned. We completely renovated an old building with three residential units and had eleven different craft businesses on site. In retrospect you can really say that the Schulz company was the only one where there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Starting with the offer, which was available very quickly and where every little thing was thought of from our winding roof. Special effort that could not be seen at the first inspection was documented by photo technology and the additional effort was always discussed with us, so that in the end the final price only deviated minimally from the offer. The start of the roofing work was well planned, we had to wait a bit until the start, but when the construction site was set up, things really started right away. The large roof was completely finished within ten working days, with all the work. The employees were hardworking as the bees, every move was done and the construction site was left sparkling clean. Conclusion: The offer wasn't really cheap, but there weren't any nasty surprises afterwards with the final price. Reliable, very well organized, clean and fast, that's how we got to know and appreciate Schulz. Thank you for the good feeling.
