I wanted to sell gold and still had silver with me, I had read the bad recessions before but didn't really want to believe it. Unfortunately I have to say that I had the same experience as some of the other people in previous recessions. I knew what it was worth, it was worth 110 euros that day and I was offered 50. I am then to the competition (there is enough) for 100 euros I then sold it. By the way, for the silver it was exactly the same, I was offered exactly double that here in the competition. I was a little shocked that this is how things are done here, old people may also come who have no idea :( but at least they were friendly in the shop, which should be the least.

Excellent and competent advice and good service! Staff very friendly and customer-oriented, unfortunately rarely found in today's time. Overall, I am very satisfied. Absolutely top recommendation from me for precious metals Hanauer!

Beware of rip-offs! Yesterday, September 16, 2020 they wanted to pay me only 14 euros per gram for 18 carat gold. At the Turkish dealer I got 38 euros per gram. Not recommended, caution is required. No wonder the owner becomes even richer. Staff was very arrogant and unfriendly.

Attention ! They pay very badly! Got only 7.30 euros per gram, even though the gold price is at an absolute high. One star is too much !!!
