Absolutely great jeweler .... very friendly and helpful staff and great atmosphere. Was piercing my ear with my daughter today - I am absolutely delighted with the child-friendly employees. I can only recommend it I would also give 10 stars. Thank you very much 🌼🌼🌼

For years I was actually satisfied, except for the incident today. But what is due to the new high-nosed employee. I have described my request, namely that I bought an engagement ring a long time ago. Now I was there to reduce the size of the ring (as was promised at the time of purchase) Now I first had to hear that this ring was scratched and they couldn't take it back. I tried to explain that it should only be scaled down and not scratched because it has only been worn for a few hours. You hairy on it that you can not sell it like that. I mentioned again that it is not given back, but should be made smaller. Then all of a sudden it was said that it can only be reduced in size at an additional cost. I mean the empty promises at that time is one thing because I would bear the costs. But this arrogant unfriendly nature of this new employee what's the point?!? Was really not used to being treated like that in this jeweler. It's a shame the boss wasn't there. From now on I'm looking for a different tribe of jewelers!

Have this morning, due to other reviews, pierced my ear holes. I was not disappointed, the shop assistant was very patient and nice and stung her perfectly. In addition, I immediately got a voucher.
