Not really the "friendliest" branch... guess there are better places to spend money!
Great selection.....
Unfriendly service. On site in the branch it was announced that an article could be ordered (the size still had to be checked). Bach 2 weeks ago I received a text message that my article was ready in the branch. Unfortunately no information about the size or identification number. I wanted to know the size by phone. I was told that no information was available. After giving my details again, the service lady was upset, so she could start all over again because I hadn't noted the name of the consultant at the time. I don't see it as my job to write down all of the employee names. Even if the order went down, no problem at all and everything was human, but if the employee then reacts angrily, then it doesn't work at all. Will buy this elsewhere.
I was very lucky, friendly advice and found exactly the watch I wanted.
Very large selection and great advice. Again any time. Very good advice from Ms. Höll. The bought was also very nicely packaged as a gift.
By telephone we reserved a piece of jewelry and had it put back. Everything worked out wonderfully. Thanks for the very professional advice.
