Christmas Eve at noon. There were a few more people in the store than usual, but no typical Christmas stress. I went to the coffee bar to get a coffee. They ignored me and preferred 2 customers who were behind me. Before you choose a third or fourth customer, I thanked the staff and left. I buy a coffee there every morning when I drive to work and even leave a tip every morning. It has happened before that a customer who was behind me was served earlier. It can happen, but to prefer 2 is degrading. Since I am a Southerner (but always friendly) and noticed that no other "Schwarzkopf" goes to this shop, I wonder if they wanted to tell me that people with black hair and southern looks are not welcome.

Very good drinks market. Large selection. There is delicious coffee for a small euro to start the day well. Nice staff with high competence. Keep it up.
