Nice drinks and good service. During the summer you can seat outside. Some fusion food like the classical Italian Burrata prepared with a typical Asian sauce (actually I prefere the classical, but it was nice to try something new).

Just used the restaurant. Small menu but often changed. Fresh and mostly local produce well cooked.

This hotel is located very centrally in downtown Fulda. The style is quite modern and tasteful, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of high quality. I especially enjoyed the self-made honey and the nougat spread. A great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a stay in Fulda!
