After I found a car at Mobile.de, I called the Stallknecht dealership to find out whether the car was still available. After a positive answer, I made an appointment to view the property. Unfortunately, I then got a telephone cancellation for the appointment, on the grounds that another interested party was viewing the car. Now why then first an acceptance and then follow the rule “Better to hold the sparrow in your hand than the pigeon on the roof”. I feel like I'm being fooled by the dealership.

Top! Fast and competent! Mr. Stallknecht is very cooperative and has helped our customer. Mind you, since the car was not bought from him. Such a great service has unfortunately become very rare! Kudos to the workshop too!

We found a vehicle at the Stallknecht dealership via mobile.de. After our first contact, we were reliably informed when the vehicle would be available for inspection and test drive. Communication by email was very quick and our questions were always answered in full. During the test drive, the managing director took a lot of time to explain the entire vehicle to us. The purchase process went smoothly. We were fully informed about the work that was still outstanding. When I picked up the vehicle, I was picked up from the train station. There was also a briefing in the vehicle (detachable trailer coupling). Conclusion: highly recommended!
