I bought the car trough internet ad on mobile.de. The salesman did not fulfill everything we agreed on and the ad was a bit misleading and had few lies in it. Communications was good in the beginning (in English) but after the sale, the salesman stopped replying to my e-mails and questions about the car and our agreement.

I was looking for a Dodge dealer for a recall for faulty airbags.
This dealer was recommended to me by a friend who buys his company cars there.
Unfortunately, I was told directly on the phone that this repair will only be carried out for existing customers.
I wonder why one is not even helped with such a risk problem.
