To the Peluso team, we had a workshop visit from August 11th to 12th, 2020. Our motorhome had a bearing damage on the rear axle. The company premises and the workshop were fully utilized and we and our dog were still served perfectly. Depending on the circumstances, we were provided with everything we needed. We ordered our dream motorhome through Mr Peluso and quickly got it from Italy. The handover was nice and trouble-free despite Corona. Since we caught a lot of damage after a short time, we had to visit Mr. Peluso and his team again soon. Claims processing went smoothly and the end result is great. After a damaged clutch on the motorhome on the way to vacation, we received help in the workshop and the repair of the vehicle started on the same day! We got a workshop car so that we could look at Fulda and the surrounding area without a mobile home, a top service !! And on this way, once again a big thank you to the workshop of Mr. Peluso in Fulda

We were at her company on Thursday, September 17th, 2020 at 10 a.m. with a defective car (mobile home). Goods were on the way home and the engine was not running smoothly. The ADAC had recommended their workshop to us. The "friendly" one at the repair acceptance department finished me off with the statement "not today - not tomorrow - maybe Monday or Tuesday possible" I was really shocked by this unfriendly statement from customer service.

We broke down with our mobile home today. The throttle on the turbocharger gave up the ghost. The service and the workshop were convincing. Very friendly contact and good workshop. Our apartment was repaired within 3.5 hours, without prior notification
