Very bad service. I contacted the company twice out of interest in a small car. In both cases, the responsible salesperson could not be reached and I was assured a callback, which I still haven't received almost a week later. If you deal with customers who are interested in a purchase, I don't want to know what it looks like after the purchase in the case of service or warranty claims. I will certainly not buy a vehicle here.

I can only recommend the dealership. Within a short time I had problems with two different cars and they helped me very well. From the service assistants to parts sales and the workshop, everything went really well. The whole team was very friendly, competent and courteous.

Super friendly team and very competent! Coming from Düsseldorf and had a problem with our VW, called in the morning, brought the car over and in the morning we were able to pick up our good piece again. The assumption of costs for the repair was easily handled directly with our car dealership in North Rhine-Westphalia. We can only recommend Kircher-Ludwig !!! Thanks to the whole team !!!
