Unfortunately, I was in the wrong place with my daughter at the wrong time. Car purchase was not possible. Seller 0 stars. Our visit was announced the day before by telephone. Upon arrival at the dealership was told that you can not sell the car twice. It would be reserved for the daughter of the mayor. And why the daughter really wanted the Meriva. The seller asked in all seriousness whether her offspring is on the way. The seller wanted to ask again if the daughter of the BM really takes the car. We were allowed to wait in the coffee next door. After 20 minutes we were told that he did not reach anyone. He wanted to let us know by noon. When there was still no information until 2:00 pm, we bought a car from the competition with perfect service.

This dealer was an experience that I would have liked to have missed. We made a special turn off the main road because there were obviously some interesting vehicles for sale. First looked at the cars themselves and found that some of them were missing the signage. So into the sales room, where in addition to some Opel models, many motorcycles were on display. That is probably the main business, which you don't notice from the outside. This also made the sales and exhibition space appear narrow and very "delivered". So to the information desk and asked one of the two salespeople for details about the two interesting vehicles. He replied that he first had to check the PC. Since it seemed to take a moment (he didn't find the vehicles at first!), I went to my wife, who has now looked at an open mocha. The seller probably saw this as a signal to stop looking after me and answered a call. Back at the counter, I could not help but notice that a lease statement did not go correctly. It doesn't matter to me ... When asked about the cars (there were a BMW and a Mercedes), the seller stated that they had already been sold elsewhere and would only be "parked" there until they were picked up. I then wanted to express my amazement that one a) made me wait and only gave information about the vehicles when, after several minutes, the call, which had meanwhile been accepted, was ended b) one could mark these vehicles as "sold". The seller's reaction was actually quotation: "First of all calm." He is alone here and cannot take care of everything. Then his colleague got involved and said that it often happened that vehicles were still there for pickup. That was enough for me and I followed my wife, who had already left the sales room due to the unfriendliness. Needless to say, she was not asked what she wanted when she looked at the exhibition vehicle. I wish you a lot of good business, but definitely not with us anymore! This first impression has now solidified ...
