Unfortunately they break more than they fix. Only to be used for changing tires, but since basic equipment like a torque wrench is absolutely unknown there, I wouldn't even recommend that. I brought a jerky car there, paid € 300 for the "repair" (mandatory payment when you pick it up - they probably know why) and received a jerky car with misfires. The new spark plugs were screwed in way too tight and they were all broken. In the end it was only lied and talked about with distortion of the facts. Absolutely not recommended and advice on caution.
We got stuck on the way back to southern Germany on Sunday evening. The owner is open from nine to half past ten at night
-explained to us laypersons understandably what the defect is and how it came about
-shown what he will fix and how
-repaired the car
-done a test drive.
He was very understanding and friendly.
Without him we would have been really lost. We are very satisfied and grateful and can only warmly recommend this workshop.
Dubious business conduct. First agree, then outsource the goods.
I have been there several times with my Octavia RS and have always been satisfied. I will also go there with my new vehicle.
The boss always takes his time and the staff is very friendly.
