Really great! Without an appointment, HU / AU within 30 minutes. Staff very friendly and competent. Buildings modern and a nice climate. Gladly again.
The greeting was very friendly and it shouldn't stay that way. Service and customer orientation are very important: Mr. Klüh has my special recognition - in the event of a small defect, he immediately offered me technical and practical support and after five minutes the corresponding lamp was replaced. Hats off and kudos for this personable employee!
Otherwise: A bright and modern building, very easy to reach and service-oriented opening times. I was lucky and was able to drive my vehicle to the HU immediately without an appointment and without waiting.
Good service despite lack of the car because of "worn" tires at the HU a few days earlier. Both specialist workshop and tire dealer have called this unnecessary. Generated premium additional income. Keep it up, DEKRA.
