Do not order from them online. They require you do contactless delivery, and then when DPD fails to deliver contactless, they will not make up for it. If you require this method of delivery, then YOU should be responsible when packages do not get delivered. We are now out over €100 with no keyboard. You cannot call them and all they say when you email is "not our fault". I despise this kind of customer service. Never again!

Good selection, cheap online prices compared to the competition and fast delivery of goods. The return of an ordered product also worked without any problems!

That's what I mean by customer service! Two weeks ago I ordered two XDJ and one DJM from DJ-Technik and picked them up on site. After a total of maybe five recordings, one of the two XDJ refuses to work and does not start up properly. Only the USB slot and the ring around the scroller are still lit. You are used to something different from Pioneer with a new device! Called DJ-Technik a day later but didn't reach anyone at first. Two hours later I got a call back from a nice employee who asked about my concern. Of course, I expressed my disappointment with the defective device, which I think is understandable given the price. The lady fully understood this and offered me to handle the warranty claims. Long story short. Driven there, problem described again, defective device including all accessories handed in and back home with an exchange device. There is nothing more to expect! Thanks again at this point! Now we can only hope that the whole batch is not defective. Even if it happens to the other device, I know that I can rely on being equipped with a functioning device at Lighthouse.

Unfortunately I haven't had any good experiences with DJ-TECHNIK.DE. Had bought a Roland MC 707 there. This was an exhibit, but was advertised "like new" and was reasonably priced. So ordered, but the disillusionment followed after unpacking. The device was clearly visibly scratched. I could have lived with that. But the MC 707 was defective, 2 buttons had no function. So the groove box had to go back. But any attempts to call the hotline failed. It was always only the AB ran. I really tried it 20 times during the stated office hours. The contact by email then went okay. I was told to return the device. I was left with the 15.90 euros for DHL and only 10 days after the defective MC 707 had arrived at DJ-TECHNIK.DE did I get my money back. I was about to go to Fulda to collect my money in the shop. There will be no more orders from DJ-TECHNIK.DE. If in doubt, I would rather pay one euro more and order from Thomann or MusicStore. They also have a hotline and not "offline" like DJ-TECHNIK.DE. It's a shame because I really wanted to give the shop a chance, but it was clearly wasted.
