I have to send parcels or letters from time to time and the older lady at the post office is constantly in a bad mood, rolls her eyes and makes you feel as if you owe her something! For as long as I can remember, I've never seen her in a good mood. For me it is always an act of overcoming to go there and when I wanted to deliver 7 letters (not franked) once, she actually told me that it is not her job to frank the letters .... Sorry, what exactly is your job at the post office? I find this statement more than cheeky and inappropriate. In the meantime I only go there in absolutely exceptional cases and extremely reluctantly ...

Very unfriendly staff. A "good day" is already too much to ask. If you have no desire or interest to work with clients then you should look for another job. Really sad...

I always have to pick up parcels here if I was not at home when the delivery was made. Unfortunately, I usually have the bad luck of being served by an exceptionally always bad-tempered and rude lady. No "good day", no "please / thank you", no "goodbye" The rest of the staff are friendly, but unfortunately I am served by the grumpy lady in 90 percent of the cases. My mood is in the bucket for the rest of the day. Therefore only one star!
