I was at the post office in Künzell today at around 5:15 p.m. There was an "old-established" woman and on the right behind the counter a middle-aged man who asked very kindly what I wanted. I asked about the shipping options for my mail item with small contents and he explained to me the various options and the prices very patiently and in a friendly manner. Suddenly, the long-established colleague from the side counter barked, 'which probably took too long because she then had to serve more customers,' so something like that, there are even more customers here You have to come earlier " I replied that over the years I had seen these unkindnesses again and again and that they were always afraid of having to work 1 minute longer. I can only agree with the many negative reviews about the long-established colleagues there. The man behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I assume he's new there and wish him good nerves and perseverance with these unfriendly women. By the way, my rating is an addition over the years. Furthermore, I find the opening times impossible these days.

The ladies gave me nice advice - they were friendly and courteous. Small but nice - therefore no long waiting times.

If you could give less than one star, I would rather give 0 stars. The rudest DHL employees there is. Has never been treated so rude. With dispatch the worst service.

It is great if you can find out about the opening times on the post office website and then stand in front of the closed door on Wednesday afternoon. The new opening times are written on a slip of paper. Would be great if these times are also on the Internet. Fortunately, there are other branches that are friendlier too, and one star is still too many.

Unfortunately, 0 stars do not work, I try to avoid this branch. The employee is very rude 80% of the time. From stupid pitching in front of customers to teasing, everything is available.
