I would prefer not to give a star at all, but unfortunately that is not possible. Want to collect money on Saturday at 12.15 p.m., the post office is closed and the ATM is not in use. Appeared today on Monday during normal business hours, 1 counter occupied, at the 2nd counter one is busy with something. The line behind me is getting longer and longer. When it comes to my turn, I am served with so much reluctance. No friendliness. You are not treated as a customer here, but as a supplicant.

I can't say that I was served unfriendly, but the staff behind the counter are visibly annoyed ... and always seemingly ?! Since you have to bring a lot of time with you and can therefore also observe other processes well, it must simply be said that all official acts take far too long and the post office is not able to keep up with the times. The only thing missing is that the stamps are printed or painted. Sometimes I have to (on business) ... but I avoid going to the post office as much as possible. School grades: 5+

Unfortunately, I was tampered with on 3 out of 5 visits by employees and, in my opinion, more than just "served" impolite. Apparently I'm not the only one here who is being processed in this way. Maybe the employer should think about training the employees ...

Based on the current situation, I can understand that the employees seem a little overwhelmed and irritated to the customers. But in my opinion, it cannot be that the employees simply sell insured shipping without asking the customer. In the future I will only buy stamps online, at least I know what I will get

typical German post in Fulda. Hand in the package - almost 2 hours waiting time. Only one employee at the counter although there are several there. You are in the finance department. Sorry, I have no words. People stand up, one employee creates and the others watch.
