Good service
I was in Switzerland on July 17th, 2020. At that point my car broke down. I called ADAC and received no support. No, they even told me that I should drive my car to Germany and there I received support, even though I have ADAC plus. I didn't have a solution. I repaired my car in Switzerland and then went on vacation
... Was there to buy the Austria vignette and the Brenner trips. All good, polite and friendly and quick
Bad advice. Have no idea about products and give wrong information. Never again ADAC.
We used the ADAC on September 16, 2020. The company NVG Dr. Raabe Strasse 2 in Fulda is recommended. unfortunately the people there were very unfriendly. send you the copy that I wrote to the company. It is not recommended.
We were at her company on Thursday, September 17th, 2020 at 10 a.m. with a defective car (mobile home). Goods were on the way home and the engine was not running smoothly. The ADAC had recommended their workshop to us. The "friendly" one at the repair acceptance department finished me off with the statement "not today - not tomorrow - maybe Monday or Tuesday possible" I was really shocked by this unfriendly statement from customer service.
