Unfortunately, I no longer know what is going on with this practice. Since the beginning of December 2020 I have been trying to establish contact with the practice and the vet jewelry. Neither fax nor e-mail will be answered. My dog will have to be put to sleep, vet jewelry leaves me completely out in the rain. One is put off by telephone.

Super nice, very competent. The animal roommates are in good hands here.

We have always been very satisfied with Mr. Schmuck in the past. But the last few times we have been looked after by a doctor whom I unfortunately cannot recommend. She found several things that turned out to be wrong in retrospect, and then she recommended us an important investigation, which in practice there was no time. We were therefore advised to go to another practice. She had not realized the urgency of the investigation. The animal then got worse and worse, so that it ultimately had to be euthanized. The jewelry practice didn't have time for that either, so we had to go to another practice for this too. That was really outrageous!

Hr Schmuck has been our cat whisperer for almost a decade, he has a lot of knowledge and experience, works holistically. Again and again very calming and grounding, how emphatic he is to the chicks and their "mistresses". Takes time, explains, answers questions. We trust him completely, including the kitties. No great defense when entering the transport basket without holding onto the treatment table, even when giving injections. And not just with a kitty ... There were situations when Mr. Schmuck just lifted his tail and knew what was going on (based on the color of the urine in the fur). Or the look of the kitty that the time to walk is near, which you don't always want to admit at such a moment, especially if the cat is still eating, cuddling and participating in life at that moment. The situation later allowed it and Mr. Schmuck gave us the opportunity to let the cat go from us on his berth at home. We are very grateful for that too! Since I've been living with (or with;)) kitties for three decades, I have already gained some experience with TA and clinics and, in my opinion, there is no better TA! best regards

A super empathetic doctor :) Our little tomcat is a scared cat and a lot of time was taken for him.
