There's just one number for all B&S studios. I called several times and each time they was very unfriendly. I found them through a groupon voucher which they cancelled a few days before. I wanted to give it another shot and try the 'B MY FFM' voucher but they had a machine answering their phone on the 19th that they're on holiday from the 21st on. This is just the worst customer Service I've ever experienced.

Disappointing studio . They cancel the appointment on the same day or one day before frequently so very unprofessional . They don’t pick the calls when you want to schedule the next appointment . Don’t fall to their cheap offers of Hari removals , the women working there have no idea what they are doing. It did not work for me and I continuously asked them if I should try to something new or may be changed during the course but they kept lying that it will work slowly . A complete waste of money and time . I moved to other skin doctor and I can’t be more happy with results :)

Went here for hyaloronic acid and collagen thread treatment with Isıl and I absolutely love it! Shes very professional and kind, takes her time to explain everything and the results are flawless. I highly recommend it!

I got my lips done on the 8th at B&S Frankfurt. The lady who did the procedure was super sweet and really took care of me. They had given me an appointment lighting fast and I hardly had to wait a minute before they took me to the room in which the lady did my lips. The lady really took her time to make sure my lips were even and made sure I knew how aftercare was meant to look. I'm super happy with my results, would totally go back again :)

I initially found Beauty and Soul via Groupon and bought a Hair-removal voucher. Since then I have continued buying some of their treatments on offer and I am always happy to go there. They are precise, even if it means I have to come back at another time to do the laser treatment as the hair length is not spot on and effective enough. This shows they want to do it right immediately and care, so you don't end up dissatisfied.
