Super load, my donations were all accepted and you were happy.
You should know that you can only donate good things that are not dirty, rotten or broken ... unfortunately, many donors do not pay attention to this
Unfortunately I can not rate this shop well. Have also made the experience that my donation was not accepted. This although it was good stuff. The bag was taken to the back, rummaged through and pressed into my hand again. One could not accept the clothes, they would smell. This although the clothes were washed. I found the lady of her kind already very unpleasant, which is why I simply took the donation back and left the store without comment.
Today I brought in very different things (no clothes or books) that I thought would only be accepted. Among them were desk utensils, decorative items, a wood-carved accountant, a knitting set of my daughter, etc. Everything was accepted. I have been there twice, and both times the staff were very friendly. I will gladly come again.
Terrible employee. Today I brought a big bag of clothes and it was called with an unfriendly look, first see if the clothes are good, choose the most beautiful and the rest I should dispose of myself. Very rude one woman and one man. Then watch me out there, too, what I did with the bag. Of course, all the nice clothes have been thrown into a big trash can.
Unfortunately I have to say I cannot understand this Oxfam. We called and asked if you would also donate clothes and we were told, but only washed and ironed. You can't wash anything in the store. Fair, so we got everything clean. We were then told incomprehensible white with a condescending look that you shouldn't take your clothes. Clothes had neither stains nor other defects, little worn. The lady hadn't looked at the clothes at all, but said no after a quick glance into the bag. Disappointing
