Quick gat the line and finisht, friendlly workers ...
This is for the shop in Taunusanlage S-Bahn station. Coudn't find it on google. Very bad customer service. The employee was a young girl with blue hair who talked to you worse than to a dog. My German is not too fluent and she did not make any effort... she was making "acid fun" on my German... no way!!! Sharp, unpolite and throwing things to you. I got a coffee and spent 15min in the shop (there is a table with stools): with her colleague she couldn't stop talking and laughing ... but customers are the enemy!! I hope DB has more training sessions for this member of staff ... or simply she doesn't need to be there... simply unacceptable!!!

Out of five different employees, there is only one man who is halfway friendly. How about a short briefing on customer friendliness and simple German sentences like "Guten Tag", "Dankeschön" and "Schönen Tag noch".
