Before you decide to use the services of KFZ Ott, I ask you to read my experience with the operation: After a day trip with the bike, my gearshift became loose until it dropped off my bike just before the end of town. The screw that had fixed the lever could no longer be found and I had no choice but to push my motorcycle to the nearest garage, which happened to be KTZ Ott. I explained my situation to the local man and he decided to help me. After a short time he returned from the workshop with a screw and fastened the brake lever. Just at the moment when I was about to ask if I owed anything, he just said, literally, "5 Euros, buddy." There followed a brief discussion, in which I pointed out that it was not very noble to exploit my situation so, whereupon he threatened to unscrew the screw again if I did not give him the 5 euros. Reluctantly, but without another choice, I paid and drove on. I ask you to note that I never expected to seek the help without consideration. Either way, I would have insisted on paying a little money for the service. However, being forced to pay in such a naughty way is almost like theft. You have to decide for yourself if you want to spend your time and, above all, spend your money on somebody who exploits an emergency situation so shamelessly.
