With my Hyundai i30, the annual service was due again and I decided on Pit Stop. The appointment by telephone worked wonderfully and the appointment was fixed promptly. The new branch manager wrote down all the vehicle data and offered me service advice before the service to be carried out. On the day of the appointment, we checked my car together and he explained everything to me in an understandable way. I was able to pick up my car on time and the branch manager explained the invoice and this maintenance list to me. As a woman, I feel very well cared for and understood there. I think the price-performance ratio is great and some workshops in the area can take an example from the new branch manager.
