On December 19th I called Sponsel twice. It was interesting to hear that an employee was with me on December 18th ... which is by no means true. He had already measured the radiator 8 days before. Why was an incorrect entry made ...? Delay tactic when requested by the landlord? It's a shame that some people in the office let themselves be influenced by the landlord and thus annoy the end customers. As a customer, always stick to it and carefully check the billing. The craftsmen are very polite and competent.
