I can recommend this shop with a clear conscience, Mr. Hoffmann was super friendly, very competent and helpful with questions. Rarely found these days. You can also have repairs made there. With great pleasure again, if I need filter bags or vacuum cleaner deodorant, I will definitely buy there. Sincerely, a satisfied customer

Disastrous service! The vacuum mopping robot we bought did not work and the after-sale service was told that if we are not satisfied, we should call in a lawyer. Hands off, I don't want to put these machinations here in words. ... the service on Amazon is less complicated and better! Edit on answer: Even the answer is boldly lied, incomprehensible! There was no visit, an attempt was made to keep quiet until the 2 weeks were over (no call or visit until today). The answer. Is very cheeky and shows the true character, a shame that people with such machinations are ripped off. There is nothing more to say about it, except that I hope that something changes there, then the "little ones won't break either - it always depends on how you call into the forest, so it echoes back. Very competent advice, wonderful service, everything fits! No comparison with Internet trade, saving there is not worth it compared to the competence and service on site!
