Mr. Lochner, his staff and the electrician were all very friendly and helped me extremely quickly and competently. In the future, I will always come here first and not go to the big markets. The Lochner company can easily keep up in terms of price and the service is unbeatable.

I can only agree with Ms. Köztepe, very unfriendly staff. This affects the senior woman and her blonde daughter.

I can't understand some negative comments regarding the "unfriendliness". I am there mainly because of the Post / DHL. I was and will always be served in a friendly manner. Of course it can happen every now and then that the ladies may not have a good day, but hey, who doesn't feel like that !? This is human and should not be taken personally! In addition, one must not forget that there are two shops going on there and if you ever hear what the ladies are standing for, what concerns incompetent DHL / postmen, then you should admit "fair" admission. The EP-Lochner staff cannot do anything about this. And I have to say that I've been going in and out of here for three years now ... and what DHL delivers in part is simply a mess! Here you should contact DHL and not necessarily complain negatively about EP Lochner. Perhaps just asking the ladies will help, which can explain a lot.

In the course of a house renovation, I had the electrical system replaced by Lochner, renewed and supplemented. The tasks were consistently handled competently, reliably and promptly. All queries were answered quickly and very friendly. Not least, the pricing of the offer was excellent. Clear recommendation!
